| New Location : Arundel Arundel - "Haughton Picnic area, take the A284 North out of Arundel until the roundabout, there's a large car-park with toilets and cafe. I have been told that couples go here in the early evening but have not seen anything myself, there's a lot of gay sex goes on in the woods. |
| New Location : Brighton Brighton - Devils Dyke - night time. Mainly straights but some exhibitionist couples. One or two reports of participation......Off the A281, which is itself off the A23 just before the outskirts of Brighton. On the way out to Devils Dyke near Brighton off the Brighton by-pass there are a number of picnic areas to the right hand side of the road that quite regularly have couples parked up in them. I have only seen two that were definitely there to put on a show but the rest were worth watching anyway. The further towards Brighton you are on this road the more it becomes a bi/gay location, however those areas closer to the "Devils Dyke" pub are usually couples only. |

| New Location : Sussex - Haughton Hill car park I had a recy of the car parks last night & just thought I would add a little. Haughton Picnic area is now closed after dark. But I suggest Haughton Hill car park just a short way on the road to Amberley/Storrington on the left would be a place for exhib's to begin using. Devils Dyke showed signs of being used last night but the only couple in there seemed unaware of its popularity & just had a fag with the light on! Nothing at Littlehampton Borstal road, its a bit close to the road actually. Heather Lane on Salvington Hill was very remote but empty. | New Location : Hove Sat 4th april 2003 just arrived back from Telscombe cliffs and Devils dyke. Firstly the site in Telscombe cliffs is in a residentail area I know we like a bit of danger but this site borders on stupid especailly when you consider the new laws on sex in a public place. Although late at night we still saw kids hamging around the streets close to the site also on entry and directly in front of you as you drive in 2 cars were parked with headlights full on as if to put you off. It did we left quick. Next Devils Dyke no action and we damaged the car trying to get into one of the stupidly small and winding entrance to the car park. Will somebody teach the f...ing idiots up Devils Dyke that they are p...ing people off. 1) You DON'T drive around from car-park to car-park incessantly pulling in to each one with headlamps on full beam blinding anybody in the car-park already then to make matters worse proceed to make a 20 point turn just to try and see what or who is in each car in there...either that or you are just crap drivers.....then drive off and repeat the process again 10 minutes later. 2) You DON'T pull in to car-parks and immediately pull in next to any car that may be there and might appear to have more than one person in it. It may be an innocent courting couple...it may be a newcomer couple who are nervous and you will scare them off use a bit of common sense and don't act like sad desperate f...ers. 3) If another dogger is already on something DON'T just presume you can walk over and join in...ask if its ok as there are private get togethers where others aren't invited...and if you are asked to leave, leave again don't be pricks and hang around p...ing people off as nothing will happen all the time you do. 4) If another Dogger is on something DON'T park between him and whatever he has got...a sure fire way to piss someone off and confirm your membership of the 'absolute f...ing pricks club' 5) Make sure you are clean and don't smell, hygiene is important. There are a number of people who use the dyke regularly (couples and singles) who are getting mightily pissed off by all of you idiots. | New Location : General For years, dogging has been part by the gay scene - re Dukes Mound /Arundel Woods and have suffered much from the Police. Its nice to see that the "straight community" are latching on to this kind of fun, but I would like to think that they will be a little more considerate and sympathetic to already established gay areas and not try and take them over e.g. Dukes Mound. | Location Update : Devils Dyke / Goring GAP Tried Devils Dyke again for a change, what a mistake to make. Too many single blokes in cars driving round and round and in and out of the car parks thinking everything is a show. If you are one of them start using your brain and stop acting like grade 1 pricks otherwise there could be serious trouble up there as was talking to one old dogger who has been going up there for 20+ years and he ways saying some of the regulars are starting to turn nasty. No wonder the couples don't bother anymore. On the positive however, gave Goring GAP a whirl and was pleasantly surprised. We are a young couple late 20's and we go here most lunch times between 12 and 2pm the car park is too busy with guys just sat around. so we go for a slow walk through woods on the right or down by the little bridge and wait for a guy or 2 to follow us at a distance. we then walk deep into the woods so we are not stumbled upon by any old ladies with dogs. the guys follow us in and keep their distance until asked to come closer and sometimes join us. on the whole weve had no trouble apart from the odd guy that just comes bowling up cock in hand and stands 2 feet away stareing.sorry guy's the lady's just dont like this. | New Location : Cissbury Ring / Nepcote / Worthing Turn left off the A24 heading towards Worthing towards Findon / Nepcote - follow the signs to Cissbury ring. Following the single track lane until you can go no further. Pretty remote location with bushes and room for a few cars. There is also the larger signposted car park off the A24 but this is quite close to houses, though if you parked right in the corner you could get away with all sorts ! | New Location : Highdown / Goring / Worthing Off the A259, going east towards Worthing, turn left at the Highdown Hotel sign, follow the road up to the top of the hill and turn right into the car park. | New Location : Washington / Chanctonbury Ring / Storrington Turn left off the A24 roundabout at Washington (if coming from Horsham, right if you're coming from Worthing) and not far afterwards is a turning on the right to Washington village, drive through the village and out, you'll find you'll be parallel to the A24. Just before the road joins the A24 is a track on the left that doubles back to the road. | New Location : ASDA Hollingbury Car Park at first glance you think this is far too public for the dogging scene but when you are passing at the early hours of the morning the steady rocking of several cars is a sure sign that in this unlikely location doggers are beginning to infiltrate. | Location Update : Whiteways/fairmile botom Nr Arundel As a result of a complaint to the police by a dog walker, wednesday night saw THREE police cars and police on foot patroling the woods. Anyone pulling in way questioned as to their purpose. Thursday things were back to normal but please be careful and dont leave condoms and tissues about or they will eventually fence the area off.
