Ipswich Airport - Take Nacton turning off A14 again, but go in the opposite direction to the industrial estate... ...take the sign for the holiday camp and keep the old airfield on your right. Just before the caravan site take a turn to the right to go parallel with the A14. At the end are three car-parks well used by couples... ...wait for a sign and you could intrude...

New Location : Lowestoft
Lowestoft - Near Lowestoft is a place called Corton, this has a nudist beach. On the A12 between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft at the end of the dual carriageway is a turning on your left called Corton Long Lane. Drive down till the end of road and turn left, this will bring you out onto a road that runs along the top of the cliffs, park up on the side of the road, walk down the cliffs to the beach and as you face the sea turn left walk up the beach and you will get to the nudist part of the beach and you will see the cliff/woods above it.

New Location : Nacton, near Ipswich
Nacton, near Ipswich - Take turning off the A14... ...and then go towards Nacton village. Once in, take signs to picnic parks... ...go up very tight lanes and you will find three car-parks, the final one is mainly for gays, though first two are nice and cosy for couples. Best times from 9.30pm onwards.

New Location : West stow
West stow,on milldenhall to bury st edmunds road,turn towards west stow country park,car park immediately on left is quite good site, we have been there on several occasions and had some fun,was at one time popular with gay community but have met several couples here lately.best in early evening or after dark.lots of secluded nooks and crannies behind the car park,also good place for discreet nude sunbathing.

Go into claydon village..right through, keep going straight look left you will see a bridge 'go over it go to the end and turn right into the picnic site/ couples on the left and right/daytimes 12.30 seems the best times for couples

The Picnic site just before Long Melford. Take the Sudbury to Long melford road. Watch for turning on right Foxearth - between 2 car dealers. Take turning, 100 yards down turning on left is picnic site/car park- dogging and gay that seems to operate 24/7, and the dog walkers don't seem to notice. within 5 mins of arriving we were flashed

Head Westwards on the A14 (Towards Cambridge) from Ipswich and you go through the Haughley Bends (Speed camera's force you to 50mph). About half way through there is a Little Chef and a BP garage....almost immediately past these you can turn left towards Haughley, as son as you're off the A14 there is a small track to a very obvious picnic area....go go go!!

There is a road which joins Ransomes Europark and Nacton Road....(Mitsubishi garage at one end and The Plough at the other)....On this road signposted is Orwell Country Park...Head down here, it is a dark windy little road, follow it for about half a mile until you come to a fly-over bridge (Single lane!), this crosses the A14. Directly as you leave the bridge there is a turning on your right with a huge wooden fence on your left. Here you will find a big car park which overlooks the A14 Shell garage, this is for the country park, lots of action, I have just returned from watching a young couple get laid in an Astra :D

Just got home from a 5 hour nude sunbathe at Nacton. Very nervous to begin with as wasn't 100% sure on if it was accepted or not. this year local council have erected bollards and gates preventing vehicles being driven all the way round. THIS applies to police as well. Toby's Walks is good for us - Some cottaging by public toilets - never seen old bill there yet. We do regular dogging there and had a few voyuers looking inside the windows. Best time to go is between 8-00 and 11-00 pm.

tried this place on the night of 22nd may 2004,on our return from nacton.had visited earlier in the evening too.discreet little carpark,yards,sorry metres,no yards!! from the northbound side of the A14.we have to agree,it does seem to have a large gay following.they tend to walk into the open area to the left of the carpark.we were the only couple there,on both visits,and quite a lot of guys.we didn't stay long,so cant give it a fair appraisal here,but it did look like a good spot for couples to play in safety.

took a trip to nacton,well both of them.turned of A14 southbound,left at roundabout where there is a toyota dealership,then a little way up that road turned left.its a long track skirting a housing development.i might mention the time of writing is 22nd may 2004.over a single lane bridge,then right down a lane culminating into three carparks,each quite small,overlooking the garage on the A14.didn't see much action,and too many guys around for us,but thats not to knock it.our next stop was,i think,nacton shores?we drove to nacton villiage,turned right down a road signposted orwell park,or something,then right,down a very tight lane with speed bumps.ended up in gravelled carparks,very dark,but cosy.seemed to be a social thing going with the regulars,lots of chat and laughter,but didn't feel as if anything would kick off!!!but we have been wrong before!again,we aint knocking it,probably great spots for certain couples,but these mainstream venues are a bit busy for us personally.

tried this place on wednesday night,19th may.saw carpark down bumpy track,but there were houses facing it,so ruled that one out.continued up road,found west stow country park,but a barrier was down,so couldn't enter.the only othe carpark was a tiny tarmac patch next to the road,so,we are confused!!i expect the barrier is a recent addition,and the country park was the venue?oh well.

in my local paper about a month ago the warden that looks after the park was interviewed about the state that the car park had got into due to the night times going ons as there had been complaints about people leaving condoms lying arround and it was not nice for visitors to see such things the warden has asked the police to do patrols of a night time. the head of the parks in the sudbury area is a friends dad and he is looking into placing gates accross the carpark entrance at night times to try and stop the going ons. as soon as i hear more i will let you know, if you do use the site please keep it clean and take your litter home as this site is the only one that is in this area. i hope to find some more likly sites for you to try and let others know what you think i know the area well and will use my local knoledge to keep you informed of any problems or sites. happy hunting and hope to see you soon

Hi, Thought I must post an update for Nacton. We had the opportunity of a holiday in Suffolk a couple of months ago (July 2004) and after checking out Mels before we went decided to try Nacton. We went in the daytime first and had great fun taking some daring and Nude photos on the beach, much to the delight of a passing boat who pulled up on the shore a bit further down for a better look!!!
